IN2BIKES LTD via motorcart.co.uk, provide users with a free online used car platform where they can sell their car through or to registered approved trade dealers.
IN2BIKES Ltd (“we” or “us”) is an online used car marketplace where private owners can sell their car. The cars are sold via our online auctions where registered approved trade dealers bid to purchase said cars. Or the Seller may choose our Sale Or Return service offering where a dealer will sell the car from their showroom / forecourt, this is only available if the car is valued at £25,000 or more.
We offer you the ability to obtain a free valuation and to sell your car to trade dealers who compete via our online auctions or via Sale Or Return where trade dealers sell your car from their showroom or forecourt.
Our unique selling point is we aim to get you the best price for your car and not try and push down the price and offer a Sale Or Return option.

Please note there are no charges from us to you as the seller all our services are completely free to car sellers, we generate revenue from auction buyer commission and Sale Or Return connections.

- To provide you with up-to-date valuation.
- To communicate with you in relation to your use of our services and provide you with customer support.

- To share information with our suppliers and other third parties to provide you with our service offerings.

(1) Agreement
1.1 By using motorcart.co.uk, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions coupled with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use motorcart.co.uk.
1.2 When using our services, you are confirming that you are over 16 years old and live in the United Kingdom. The details you provide are true. If you are submitting information about a car you don’t own, or on behalf of another person, you are confirming that you have legal permission to do so.
(2) Selling Your Car.
2.1 motorcart.co.uk / IN2BIKES LTD is the business owner of a used car online marketplace, where you advertise your car available for sale to a network of trade dealers. Or If selling via Sale Or Return to the general public via a trade dealer.
2.2 Car dealers engage with our online auction platform and bid in our online sales auctions for cars to purchase. Or If Sale Or Return we pass on the sale to our network of local dealers.
2.3 If you sell your car through our services, your car will be purchased by a trade dealer and not motorcart.co.uk / IN2BIKES LTD. This also means that the contract for the sale of your car is between you and the dealer.
2.4 Never does motorcart.co.uk / IN2BIKES LTD. purchase any cars itself, nor does it acquire any risk or title to any car made available for purchase via our services.
(3) Free Valuation
3.1 You will need to enter your cars registration number and basic contact information to obtain a free instant estimated sale price for your car. Our valuation is based on live market data provided by a 3rd Party. If the valuation is not provided instantly a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours (during Monday to Friday) to provide your valuation.
3.2 After you’ve received a valuation, you will be asked if you would like to proceed with selling your car which you can do via the online web form post your valuation where your car profile is captured and submitted.
(4) Your Car Profiling
4.1 The web form will need to be completed and submitted by you, we will ask you to provide us with further details about your car, photos, your ownership, any outstanding finance, and other information relevant to your sale.
4.2 When completing the form, you should ensure the information you provide is accurate. Inaccurate information could lead to changes in the eventual price you are paid for your car or trade dealer refusing to purchase or sell your car.
(5) Agreeing a Sale or Reserve Price
5.1 Once you have submitted the web form our team will review your profile and will agree a sale or reserve price with you depending on how you choose to sell your car. This is the price we expect to achieve based on the details you provided to us considering any modifications, damage etc.
5.2 Your reserve price may be higher or lower than your initial online valuation. As the trade dealer will be required to prepare the car for retail via their dealership, they will consider and factor in any costs to them when they bid on your car via the online auction or when offering a Sale Or Return the costs will be fully discussed and agreed upfront.
5.3 Once we have agreed your sale or reserve price, we will require your confirmation to sell your car, which will be placed in our next available auction or passed on to the trade dealer if you have chosen Sale Or Return, we will advise dates and times.
(6) Auction Day (Please skip to section "9" if you are selling via Sale Or Return)
6.1 Your car is now live in our auction where registered approved trade dealers bid for your car.
6.2 If the reserve price is met or closing bid is higher, then we agree your bike will be sold and the wining dealer will be provided with your contact information. The winning trade dealer to arrange collection and payment all within 7 days of the auction ending directly with you as the seller.
6.3 If your reserve price is not met, we will contact you and present the trade dealer’s best offer. You have three choices at this stage. 1: Accept the offer and sell. 2: Relist in our next auction. 3. Withdraw from our services altogether.
(7) Inspect & Collect
7.1 Once the winning trade dealer has made contact, they will arrange collection. On the day your car is to be collected, the collection agent appointed by the trade dealer who will advise of whom may carry out an inspection of your car to ensure that it matches the description and condition you gave to us when you completed your cars profile online.
7.2 If the trade dealer is happy that the car matches the description and condition which you gave to us, then the purchase price should be the same as the winning bid and this should be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible by the trade dealer, proof of payment and transfer of funds will be shown or completed before your car is taken away.
(8) Sale Price
8.1 If the Trade dealer believes that your car does not match the description and/or condition which you gave to us, they may choose to either (1) offer a revised price, or (2) not proceed with the purchase of your car. We work closely with our trade dealers to make sure that this rarely happens. However, this might happen if the details you provided in the profile are inaccurate such as;
8.1.1 Obvious damage or a difference in condition found on inspection, which wasn’t in your cars profile.
8.1.2 A difference in the amount of outstanding finance on your car to the figure you disclosed to us; or
8.1.3 it is clear that you have engaged in any fraudulent or misleading behaviour.
8.2 In the rare occasion should this happen, please note you are under no obligation to accept a revised purchase price from the trade dealer. If you want to talk or require any support, please contact us directly.
8.3 If you do accept a revised purchase price, then the revised purchase price should be transferred to your bank account as per a normal sale.
(9) Sale Or Return
9.1 We will discuss and agree a return price with you before connecting you to a local trade dealer, this is what you will receive upon sale of the car.
9.2 The allocated trade dealer will discuss options available to you which will include, if your car is sold from their showroom, forecourt or web presence only with their company showroom AI photos.
9.3 The trade dealer will agree a timeframe for them to sell your car and you will receive your payment the same day as the sale completes.
9.4 The trade dealer will draw up the terms of sale directly with you and the sale is them between you and the trade dealer.
(10) Criminal Activity
10.1 Any identified Instances of fraud and criminal behaviour on our platform will result in your transaction being frozen or cancelled by us and/or motorbike dealer and we will report such activities to the relevant authorities.
(11) Third Parties
Valuations
11.1 When you request a current market valuation, your details (including certain information we collect from you through your use of the website in accordance with our Privacy Policy will be passed to the relevant partner providing the valuations.
Trade Dealers
11.2 You agree that we can share your contact details with the winning Trade dealer, and they can contact you to further discuss collection and payment arrangements.
11.3 All communications between you and any of our trade dealers are subject to the terms and conditions of the trade dealer, and we accept no responsibility for any deal, payment or disputes that may arise between you and the trade dealer.
11.4 Provide your details to our network of trade dealers to enable them to appraise and bid on your car via our online auctions.

12.1 Any links to third party products, services, websites that are not affiliated with us. We have no control over these websites, and we do not take responsibility for them, please review their own policies of using their sites directly.
12.2 Advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate advertisements from 3rd parties.
12.3 Data provided by third parties. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies.
(13) User Content
13.1 By submitting data and content on this website or providing content to us – such as your contact information and car profile including photos of documents relating to you or your car. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free approval to use, reproduce, display, sell, modify and edit.
13.2 You waive any moral rights you may have in the User Content. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to grant us these rights and that the content is not illegal or offensive.
13.3 Any personal data that you provide via the website, or we otherwise collect about you when you take up our services or use the website, are governed by our Privacy Policy.
(14) Warranties about the Website
14.1 Our website "motorcart"and content are provided by IN2BIKES LTD. We aim that our website will operate continuously, without interruptions or be fault-free. From time to time, we may need to make the website unavailable with or without notice to carry out maintenance or upgrade work. We accept no liability for any interruption or loss of service.
14.2 Although we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that our website does not contain or transmit any viruses or other malicious code, we do not guarantee that our website will be free from such issues.
